What is CUCLO and how does it works?

CUCLO.RO is an online store.

How is the final price of an order calculated?

The value of the order is formed by the price of the products (indicated for each product) and the transport. If you choose a form of payment by cash on delivery, there is an additional fee for that payment.

How is it paid?

There are several ways to pay when placing an order. Payment on delivery (cash on delivery) is made in BGN, in full, upon delivery of parcels and an additional fee is charged for cash on delivery. Online card payments are made via PayU. Payment by bank transfer is made within 48 hours (working days) of placing the order, via online banking or payment order. If you choose this form of payment, please send an email to office@cuclo.ro.

What is the delivery time after the order is shipped?

When sending the shipment from CUCLO you will receive an email notification and within a few days you will be notified by courier (phone / SMS) of the day of delivery.

How can I combine more orders?

You can merge orders by sending an email to office@cuclo.ro, mentioning your preference and the order number you want to merge. Merge only for cash on delivery orders with the same delivery period (maximum day difference in delivery end date). Upon merging, the original order will be canceled and the status will be changed to Canceled order and the mentioned products will be added to the current order.

Can I delay / delay delivery? How?

The order may be delayed from the last day of delivery reflected therein. To request this delay / delay, please email office@cuclo.ro specifying the order number or you can cancel your order from your account-your orders.

How can I return a product?

You can return a product within 30 days of receipt of the order. To activate the process, sign in to the "Return a Product" section at the top under "My Orders" in your profile. The option is only active if you are logged in. A refund for the returned products will be credited to the specified bank account within 14 days. In case you have not filled out the return form, you must ensure that the products are shipped to Sofiq 1606, Bulgaria 36, Ami Boue Str. and send your return identification information by email to office@cuclo.ro.

How long do I get my money back?

An order that has already been made cannot be changed. You must cancel the current order and make a new one if you want a different product, different model or different color, but not before checking the product availability on the CUCLO site.

Can I add more products to my existing order?

No other products can be added to an order already placed. You need to place a new order on the site. If the delivery time is the same (the end date is the same or the day is different), we can combine them.

What if I received a defective product?

If you received a damaged product, please send us an email at office@cuclo.ro with photos to show the extent of the damage. The request will be accepted by the CUCLO team.

Can I return more than one product from the same order?

Yes, more than one product can be returned from the same order or from different orders from the Return link from your account. After selecting the products and completing the form completely, the courier will accept the returned products (within a maximum of 30 days) from one or more orders.
